Concord's bicycle helmet
model is certified and conforms to the stringent SNELL –
B.95 standards of USA. To meet the captive requirements
of this model and other EPS inserts, Concord has established
a state-of-art EPS manufacturing facility
with the technical assistance of BASF India Ltd. and machinery
from Erlenbach GmbH of Germany. This fully automatic machine
incorporates the latest in vaccum moulding technology and
is capable of high volume production of ‘dry’
components.

The helmets are tested
to the most rigorous international standards (in-house
as well as in internationally recognised test houses),
and offer the following special features:
- Aerodynamic
ventilated design
- Tough, lightweight,
expanded polystyrene (EPS)
shell
- High gloss PVC outer
shell
- Comfortable,
washable and adjustable velcro
fitting pads
- Adjustable straps
with quick release buckle
All helmets are provided with 4
sizing pads for adjustment.
